BOOKING, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICIES
 
BOOKING: For all sessions; a non-fundable session retainer of €50.00 per person for the Specials- Silver- Gold- Diamond packages is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. The Princess package has a 100,00 euro deposit, the Queen package 200,00 euro and the Goddess package 300,00 euro deposit. The deposits are non refundable and serve as a cancellation fee.

 

Time slots are booked when there is a deposit sent and the booking is confirmed. Bookings without a deposit are not secured and your session may be lost. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are paid the same day after the session.
 
PAYMENT: All sessions and orders (plus taxes) can be paid via cash in euros, Visa, MasterCard or a bank transfer.
Payment is due by the end of the session, no exceptions. If you want to create a payment plan, it must be set up prior to the session and approved by MS. We accept cash in euro or card, or you can pay your invoice directly with a bank transfer. No images will be given until the invoice is paid in full.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY: For portrait sessions, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 2 weeks prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
 
FOR WEDDING AND EVENTS: If for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, the Photographer will keep the the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made and sent in writing, by mail or e-mail. However, if the client requires to change the wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date.  If I am not available for the new date, the original agreement will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
 
If Miss Santorini / Anna A. Photography cannot perform this photo session due to Covid, War, fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
 
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Miss Santorini / Anna A. Photography will reschedule sessions at the discretion of the client or photographer if the appointment day or time booked ends up being a day that it is raining, snowing, sleeting, hailing, super cold, or for any other unfavourable inclement weather condition that presents itself.
 
 
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Miss Santorini - Anna A. Photography does offer gift certificates for most of our sessions. If you are interested in gifting a session to someone, please contact us for more details.
